Firearms Transfer Procedure


All firearms must be shipped to a licensed dealer. Before or after ordering, you must contact your local dealer  in the state you reside and have them fax, e-mail, or mail, a current copy of their FFL to Pro Armament Co. Pro Armamant Co. will confirm that all FFLs received are valid. Ohio residents may arrange for in store pickup if they wish. Pro Armament Co. is not responsible for delays in receiving FFLs. We will help in contacting your dealer if needed. However it is the responsibility of the customer to find a dealer and insure that their dealer forwards a current FFL to us. 
 
Please know your local and federal laws before ordering. Pro Armament Co. is not responsible for additional costs incurred from firearms returned. It is the customers responsibility to pay any additional shipping, transfer fees, and restocking fees, if a local dealer cannot transfer a firearm due to local or federal laws. It is also the customers responsibility to pay any additional fees incurred if they cannot meet qualifications to own a firearm or pass a background check in their state.
 
We will ship to California. Firearms shippments to California may be dealyed 48 hours or until verification from California DOJ can be received.
